The Network IQ at the European Commission online-conference for migrant inclusion

On 26 November, Fabienne Braukmann (IQ Dissemination Project) presented the Network IQ to an audience of integration policymakers, practitioners and experts at the Mutual Learning Conference “Innovative approaches to integration and inclusion of migrants” hosted by the European Commission. The workshop focused on new approaches in mapping and developing the skills of non-EU migrants, in light of the updated EU Skills Agenda and the new Pact on Migration and Asylum. In two online working groups with representatives of all EU Member States, Fabienne highlighted the multiplicity of IQ qualification measures in the context of the German Recognition Act and emphasized good practices of several regional IQ networks for mainstreaming recognition processes on federal states level.
The Network IQ had also been selected for an elevator pitch. It was made available as a pre-recorded presentation for the participants and for their preparation to the virtually organized interactive working sessions.
