Four New IQ Good Practice Examples published in English

The four most recent published IQ Good Practice examples are now available online in English. The publication of innovative and transferable approaches – titled "QualiMigra", "Ready-Steady-Go!", "Know Your Rights!" and "TASTE the Job" – from various IQ regional networks are now available on the English website of the Network IQ.

In a nutshell, this is what these Good Practice examples are about:

  • QualiMigra" supports and counsels women with a migration background with the aim to integrate into the labour market.
  • "Ready-Steady-Go!" offers bridge training for economists with foreign diplomas.
  • "Know Your Rights" is an innovative brochure that supports female refugees in gaining knowledge for a self-determined and independent life in Germany.
  • "TASTE the Job" is an event format that enables refugees to get an active insight into their dream job which is supporting companies in finding new employees as well.

The format "IQ Good Practice" presents valuable approaches and projects from the Network IQ und makes them available for transfer. All English IQ Good Practice-examples can be found here.
