  You want to hire foreign skilled workers and ask yourself how this works and what you have to consider? Network IQ supports you in the recruitment of international skilled workers and provides you with everything you need to know about the hiring process.

• Counselling on qualifications for foreign skilled workers in the company
  Do you employ a skilled worker who does not work with you in the profession he or she has learned? Network IQ offers a variety of individual job training schemes to ensure the full recognition of their foreign vocational qualifications.

• Mentoring programmes
  The mentoring partnership brings qualified migrants (mentees) and established professionals like you together into a professionally relevant relationship.
